Depending on your background, there are many ways to be admitted for your undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Namibia.

The following pathways are available to prospective students to apply for admission:

1. Completed or completing Grade 12?

• • Undergraduate/full-time application (online application)
  • Applying to study on distance/part-time (online application)

2. Did not complete grade 12? The following access schemes can help you gain admission to study your chosen course:

• • Work experience-based admission (Recognition of Prior Learning – RPL)
  • Mature Age Entry scheme (MAE)

3. Need to tweak your English, Science or Engineering?
   These courses can provide you with the necessary study to meet prerequisite requirements for admission into your degree, or provide a foundation for your university study.
   These courses are:

  • Pre-Engineering
  • Science Foundation

4. Postgraduate qualification?
   Are you thinking of pursuing a postgraduate qualification?
