UNAM Council (2026 – 2029)
The following Council members have been appointed to the University of Namibia Council by the Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture (MEIYSAC). The Council serves from 11 June 2026 to 31 May 2029.
The Council brings together distinguished leadership across various industries, including finance, higher education, technology, energy, banking and public administration. Together they offer the breadth of expertise, institutional depth and strategic vision to advance the mandate of UNAM. The University community welcomes the new Council:
