On the 20-22 February 2019, Prof Mpine Makoe facilitated a workshop on the Development of an Open, Distance and eLearning (ODeL) Policy workshop for the University of Namibia, through the Centre for Open, Distance and eLearning (CODeL). More than 25 staff members from the Centre for Open, Distance and eLearning (CODeL) attended the workshop that was jointly organised by the Commonwealth of Learning (COL) and the University of Namibia, Windhoek.
