The Faculty of Commerce, Management, and Law will host the Harambee International Research Conference in October 2024 at the Rundu Campus.<\/span><\/p>\n

This conference honors the legacy of the late President Dr. Hage G. Geingob, emphasizing strong institutions and sustainable economic transformation. Weak institutions in developing countries hinder progress, leading to poor public service delivery and corruption.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Geingob\u2019s vision aimed to strengthen institutions, promote transparency, and enhance global participation. Hence the need for a convergence of great minds of policy makers, academics, practitioners to showcase evidence- driven approaches to strengthening of institutions, particularly in the Global South.
